Deals posted in error will be sold at cost and not less then this.
Although KitDeals.com® verify the deals posted on our site as an advertising facility if the vendor changes their pricing and has not administered the change on our site then please report this to us. Please always check with the vendor/retailer before purchasing and if you are buying direct from their online shop please take care to check the price before purchase.

Terms and Conditions – Website advertising
1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
2. The KitDeals.com® reserves the right to refuse, amend, withdraw or otherwise deal with adverts submitted at their absolute discretion and without explanation. All adverts must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice.
3. The KitDeals.com® will not be liable for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise occasioned by error, late publication or the failure of an advert to appear from any cause whatsoever.
4. The Advertiser will indemnify the KitDeals.com® Group against any damage and/or loss and/or expense that the kitdeals.com® may incur as a direct or indirect consequence of the Advertiser's advert.
5. Payments are to be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice. If no payment is received the advert will be withdrawn from the website.
